  1. Compatibility Issues: If the plugin does not function as advertised on your website due to compatibility issues that cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.
  2. Non-Functionality: If the plugin fails to work or causes critical errors on your website, and we are unable to fix the issue after our support team has reviewed it, you are eligible for a refund.
  3. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same plugin twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.

Refund Request Timeframe:

Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer refunds as we assume the plugin has been installed and used satisfactorily.

Conditions for Non-Refunds:

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide the plugin is no longer needed.
  2. Lack of Features: If the plugin is missing a feature that was not advertised on the product page, we cannot issue a refund. Please review the features listed before making a purchase.

  3. Refund Approval: If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will approve the refund and process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Special Offer Refunds:

Please note, customers who purchased before October 10, 2024, and were automatically upgraded to the Unlimited Sites License are not eligible for refunds under this offer.
